For fast service, phone in and use your Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discovery card. Our sales office is open 9 am to 6 p.m. Eastern, M-F . You will need the following information to place your order:

1. The part number

2. The product description

3. Make, Model, body style, etc. of your car or truck.

When credit card is used, you will need:

1. Credit card number

2. Expiration date

3. Name and address where you receive your billing statement. UPS will not deliver to a Post Office box address. If you have a PO Box address you may obtain a cash advance on your card to pay our COD shipment.

4. Name and address of the bank where your card is issued from.

All orders are shipped C.O.D. Cash or Certified Funds or prepaid by Credit Card or Certified Funds. No Personal Checks.

UPSable orders of less than $200.00 may be sent COD with no advance payment.

Company checks will be accepted only if authorized through our office. Any returned checks for any reason whatsoever will accrue a fee of $25.00.

Truck Orders

Any product requiring Truck Freight shipment must be prepaid. The carrier will collect the freight charges on delivery.

Orders Outside the 48 States

Refused, Returned or Errors in Shipments

If any shipment is refused there will be a 15% handling charge in addition to the freight charges both ways added to your account. No further shipments will be released until account is paid in full.

Any returns must be shipped freight prepaid with a copy of the invoice and a letter of reason for return within 30 Days of Invoice Date. All boxes must display a return goods authorization number. Upon inspection by American Sports Car Design, Inc.. the appropriate credit, exchange or refund will be issued to your account. Any return merchandise through no fault of American Sports Car Design, Inc.. will be charged a 10% restock fee. No Returns after 30 Days, Exchange Only.

Any claims for errors in shipping due to shipper error must be filed with American Sports Car Design, Inc.. within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

Damaged Shipments

All claims for damaged or missing merchandise must first be filed with the carrier. American Sports Car Design, Inc.. cannot make the claim for you. We will replace the merchandise as soon as the carrier settles the claim.

Product Guarantee

We offer you a 100% money-back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products, simply notify us within 15 days of invoice date for an exchange or a full refund for the purchase price of the product. A copy of the invoice must accompany returns. Crating and Freight charges are not refundable.

Subject To Change

American Sports Car Design, Inc.. reserves the right, at our discretion, to make any changes deemed necessary to products, literature or pricing without incurring any liability or obligation to our customers.

Limited Warranty

All products carry a warranty against any defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year (12 months) from the date of purchase. Warranty is limited to the replacement of parts found to be defective by American Sports Car Design, Inc.. Authorization of Repair or Replacement shall be made at the discretion of American Sports Car Design, Inc..

This warranty excludes any and all labor, paint, installation and any other charges. All products must be pre-fitted before painting. Absolutely no painted parts will be accepted for return based on a "does not fit" claim. This warranty also excludes any defects caused by abuse, neglect, damage in transit, off highway use, accident, altered parts, or parts that have been installed incorrectly. Alteration voids all warranty.
